DVD Grooves

For the last several weeks I've been meeting with some of Seattle top percussionist creating the grooves for the upcoming DVD. This is a very important part of the process in that the music must be able to motivate me to move before I can become motivated to move anyone else. Being involved in every aspect of this project from music and dance to branding and marketing I'm determined to make this product and effective tool that can be used as long as you continue to move. Stay tuned for some hot rockin tunes from the NW with a bit of ole funk.
