March Fitness

March is a great time to begin your new fitness routine and to make significant changes by the Summer. Over the last several days, not only has it been sunny here in the NW, the temperature has been mild and conducive to outdoor movement activities. Get out side and take a walk, or come to my Sunday Sweat Class, and before you know it the Summer will be here and so will your new healthier self.
