Next Tuesdays Class

Live percussion rhythms set the tone as Eric leads you through various dance styles (African, funk), core strengthening, and stretching. Live music lends a unique flavor to this spiritual experience, while you learn to move safely.

All level class, work at your own pace. 3-class punch card $25 ($8.33 per class) or 1 class drop in $10. Bring water, and a towel.
